What is Pre-biotic Tapioca Fiber?
Resistant dextrin, also commonly called soluble vegetable fiber or pre-biotic vegetable fiber, is a keto-friendly sweetener that's commonly used in your favorite products. I understand why resistant tapioca syrup is good to use, that is why I bought it. I would love to try it in recipes, but I can’t find even a hint of how to use it in a recipe. Help!! How much do I use, what do I mix it with. Yes, I can experiment and try to develop my own recipes, but I hate to waste it with failed attempts. I’m on a fixed budget, and this stuff isn’t cheap. Can anybody out there help me?
