What is allulose?
KetoGoods Allulose Syrup is a zero calorie per serving sugar with the same clean, sweet taste you expect from sugar. Soon you’ll be able to find it in a wide range of foods and beverages to support a healthy lifestyle.
Allulose is one of many different sugars that exists in nature in very small quantities. It was initially identified from wheat and has since been found in certain fruits including jackfruit, figs and raisins.
Allulose is naturally present in small quantities in a variety of sweet foods like caramel sauce, maple syrup and brown sugar.
Is Allulose Keto?
A monosaccharide, or simple sugar, allulose is absorbed by the body, but not metabolized so it is nearly calorie-free, and of course, keto-friendly!
Is allulose safe?
Allulose, unlike other common low-calorie sweeteners, does not cause any digestive distress. Also, it can be consumed in larger amounts without a chemical aftertaste. Allulose is diabetes-friendly, and is found naturally in many fruits.
We recommend using our allulose as a simple syrup -- it works great when you mix it with drinks, it has a very similar sweetness to sugar. You can also add whatever flavoring you want; maple, vanilla, almond, or even chocolate to make any kind of sweetening syrup of your choice. Allulose can also be supplemented with something like monk-fruit or stevia to boost sweetness in a smaller serving size.
KetoGoods Allulose is sourced directly from non-GMO Corn! It contains no animal products or gluten.
KG Allulose has zero calories per serving. Allulose has roughly 0.4 calories/g and zero carbs.
